Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Summit Bound Outfitter. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.

You may be eligible for a full refund if you return the product within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date (if not purchased in-store).

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
  • You may be eligible for a full refund if you return the product within [Number] days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Certain products may be excluded from our refund policy. Exclusions may include, but are not limited to:
    • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code where the return policy was specifically modified.
    • Personal protective equipment (PPE) and weight bearing safety products are always non-refundable.
    • Products showing obvious signs of wear and tear from use beyond simply trying the product on.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
  • The fastest and simplest returns are done in person at Summit Bound Outfitter.
  • Contact our customer service team at Colin@summitboundoutfitter.com or 617-362-0098 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping:
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund Processing:
  • Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. Indicate in your communication with our customer service team that you would like an exchange. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received. If a price difference exists, we will contact you for additional payment or issue a partial refund as needed. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Provide photos or videos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
