I walked into Summit Bound Outfitter because my phone was broken, and I was trying to find a place nearby to get it repaired. Will, the sales associate on duty, looked up a repair shop on his phone, waited for a call back for a price quote, looked up directions, and even offered to get an Uber. Even though I wasn't looking for climbing gear that day, Will treated me like a valuable customer. In the middle of what was a stressful morning for me, Wills' kindness helped turn my day around.

Drove up here from Providence to try on climbing shoes as it was the only place that stocked an actual selection. This is the best service I have ever received in an outdoor store; kind, considerate, and effective at getting me what I needed without overpaying. The new shoes are amazing and have improved my climbing and ability to challenge myself on the wall already. I will absolutely be coming back here and will definitely be recommending it to friends.
